Alpine View Retirement Village is an up-market lifestyle village for the over 55s in Christchurch. This is our largest completed project – containing 250 villas, a central lodge complex with 40 apartments, an indoor pool, a restaurant, bar, library, hairdressers and a movie theatre – just to name a few.
The building programme we worked alongside completed two villas a week on average, so we systemised our wiring process to be as efficient as possible in order to meet the tight budget and time constraints.
We worked closely with the Village owners to help map, design and install the extensive landscape lighting, which plays a significant part in creating the right feel and ambience to the complex.
