Phoenix Freestyle Kickboxing have just opened a kickboxing gym (Phoenix freestyle kickboxing, check out our fb page) down the road from Skilled Electrical at 142 Maces Rd, Bromley.
They run kids classes Monday’s and Wednesday’s from 4.30 to 5.30 and adults Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s 6pm to 7.30. They also do Sunday morning cardio classes at 10.30. Feel free to go and have a look if it’s something you think you or your child may enjoy.
